I placed an order and the order never arrived after 20 days. Tracking number shows the label was created but the product was never delivered to them. No order status or whatsoever. Literally, you have zero ways of knowing what is the status of your purchase. Also, no regular customer service communication. After 20 days they have not given me any solution. They “say” they will “look” into it but if you don’t email them, they don’t report back to you with an answer. They claimed to have sent another shipment with my order BUT they never provided the new tracking number either. I asked for a refund and they deflect saying the manager will solve the issue and never does. They don’t want to refund me my money either. A righteous business puts the customer first, second and last... and if the customer went as far as requesting for a refund, they give it to you ASAP out of shame for giving you such trouble. Save yourself some time, money and dissatisfaction and don’t buy from this company. It’s a scam and they don’t care about the customer at all. There are tons of serious companies better than this one trying to get your business and showing some appreciation. Unlike this horrible company. Never again for me. If you don’t believe me, I am attaching all the emails I have had with this crappy “store”, so you don’t fall into this scam.

I returned two items for exchange since March, and made another purchase since the 4th of April, but till now I have not received any the items. It’s taking too long. Juliet

Feels like i ordered from China. Took 3 weeks to arrive. In a black plastic dirty taped up bag. I spent about $400 on 5 pieces. They were 40% off and final sale. Size xl is like a size small! Horrible experience horrible quality products - they say size up...but how much? I’m stuck with it all now. Products look like they are from China packaged like they are from China worst quality than China products.

I haven’t received yet my order!!!!

Dreadful customer service . Still waiting for a response from customer services to find out why my order hasn’t been shipped almost a month later . Despite being told shipment would be within 10 days in my first email
