Shopify - Pearl iZumi - CA

For these shorts, I originally ordered them with white bib straps. After about 4 weeks, I still had not received my bibs nor had I received any shipping confirmations. I had to contact the company, only to find out the bibs with the white straps were sold out. Once the bibs with the black straps were confirmed to be available and ordered, the item arrived very quickly. However, if I didn't reach out ... would I have ever gotten my $$$ back???

Recommend on final purchase to have pop up or warning no returns and final sale.
