Shopify - Pearl iZumi - CA

I ordered the Expedition PRO shoes online on the 12th of August 23, and 24 days later, I still have not received them. I requested a refund and still have not received that either. The shoes are now on sale with a 25% discount so I definitely lost out big time. Poor service delivery and definitely finding a different brand to support.

Not impressed with product but impressed with free return. All refunded to me. Not out of pocket for a cent!
