Way too long and floppy even though XL is usually my size. Went to return online and PI’s online system wouldn’t allow me to print the return label. Tried again and was denied because system said it was already returned. Contacted customer support and have not had a response in over a week. So I have a garment that doesn’t fit and that I can’t return. Big Fail PI

Brutal. Customer service is non-existent. Ordered and paid for two pairs of shorts and only received one. Far too small also. 3 on-line Customer Service submissions and two phone calls (left messages) Zero Response

First pair was lost in shipment. Pita contacting them to get another pair shipped.

Poor quality

I ordered this about a month ago, the tracking number provided never resulted in the the package getting picked up. I had reached out to customer support and they said they were going to re-send the package, I am still yet to receive any package or updated tracking information
