they need more padding

I am pretty disappointed that the shoes I received are so different in size to my other pair (same brand, same size) and are non returnable. Almost feels like Izumi was aware of the issue and cleared them out. I'll be looking for a new brand next time I purchase.

Difficult navigating between the Canadian and US sites. I had a 15% welcome offer and found I couldn't apply it on the canadian site.

Unfortunately my shorts fit small. I have always ordered the same size but this shipment fit differently. Im sad that they are not returnable. The shipping was spot on and arrive very quickly with tracking availability.
