Great product. Buy the size up from the online chart as they fit small. Pearl Izumi has a great exchange policy which was helpful.

The jacket shipped quickly and was easy to return and exchange when the first item ordered was too big.

I bought during a sale, so it seems they were extra busy. That said, I had no correspondence about the status of my order until I asked over a week later. I don't mind it taking longer, I just want updates about it. As soon as I asked, the items shipped.
