I have been a road cyclist for over a decade, and just now tried bib shorts. Don't think I will go back! Super comfy, no digging in/movement compared to a regular cycling short. padding is perfect. Don't feel the straps, not intrusive. I do find the Women Pro Bib Short easier to pull down for nature breaks compared to the expedition. The fabric is more durable compared to women pro bib short, and I love the pockets. On hot days I on longer need a tri tank. I'm 5'5 and around 160 lbs, curvy and size large works great.
