Construction is solid. Effectiveness of blue light blocking was noticed in the amount of deep sleep per night. Not much impact for REM, but deep sleep improvement was significant.

I’ve tried blue-light blocking glasses from various brands, after getting headaches staring at screens all day. None of them fit my face (I’ve got a small, narrow face) but Felix Gray glasses are by far the best fit I’ve found. Plus, I’m not sure if blue-light blocking glasses actually work but my headaches during/after work have all but disappeared since I started wearing my glasses, and they look cute, too! Overall I love them - I don’t wear glasses normally but these are comfortable, fit well, look great, and have held up really well with daily use over the past few months.

I got the pink Roebles and I’m tanned skin. I felt like it was a perfect match. The only thing is that it’s a slight glare when I’m on zoom...

These are one of the best purchases I made in 2019! My sleep is definitely improved when I wear these at night and they help with eye strain during the day! :) And they're super cute!
