Glasses I got are actually to big for my face, but I talked to customer service and they gave me tips on how to adjust the arms to my face and ears. They fit perfect now! And look fantastic! Quick responses with customer service and always friendly and willing to help!

I really love my Felix Gray glasses. I do feel that they make a difference when I'm looking at a screen for a long time. I also love the frames that they offer--they're classic with some modern twists. I've gotten so many compliments!

I recently ordered a second pair of glasses from Felix Gray. When they arrived, I realized that they fit a little too tightly (my first pair had fit just fine, but I was ordering a different style frame this time)... It took a little bit longer than I'd hoped to correct everything and get shipped a different frame with my prescription lenses (apparently due to a shortage of the correct prescription from their supplier) but I'm very happy with my glasses and the return process was relatively painless and they kept me updated throughout the process with status updates and even managed to expedite the shipping of my replacement glasses which now fit perfectly and look even better than I'd actually hoped for — already been given many compliments on them by other people!
