Once I finally made up my mind (thank you Ben Shapiro for the recommendation) to get a pair of Felix Gray glasses the purchase experience was easy and clear, not to mention the price is right. I did have issues at first but again, it was easy to email customer service and I got a prompt reply, of which they fixed he situation and didn’t make me feel like I was the one who messed up, like other companies have done in the past.
I highly recommend this product for people who cannot handle screens that much - I feel a huge difference in my eyes after using the glasses versus when I didn’t have them. Thank you, FG people! Special shout out to Brian who helped me solve the problem.
