Skeptical at First, But They've Made a Huge Difference
My job requires me to work 8+ hours in front of a computer screen each day, plus I'm guilty of at least a couple of phone screen hours outside of that. As a result, I've felt the effects of eye strain and headaches for the past couple of years. I'd tried all I could think of to help - adjusting lighting and my work station ergonomically. I'd always been curious about blue light blocker glasses, and several of my software developer friends swear by them. I was skeptical because there's mixed research out there regarding blue light blocking glasses and their effectiveness. After a few months of research on and off, I came across Felix Gray and took another look. I was intrigued by the different styles and guides to help select a pair that's right for you. Yes, I could find less expensive glasses elsewhere, but the reviews for Felix Gray were very good, they were still affordable, and they had a lot of really nice styles. I've had them for a month or two now, wearing them every day during work, and I have personally experienced a huge difference. Within a few days, I no longer felt the eye strain I've dealt with for such a long time, and I haven't had it since. I'm really glad I decided to try these out since they've worked for me and made a massive difference in how I feel and work every day.
