I have never had a problem with Island Slipper .Your staff is excellent, especially Lamela!!!!! I order over the phone, and over the past years Lamela has been my go to person. She is extremely helpful, and always very pleasant. She even answers the obscure question or two about various things, like fabric stores in Honolulu. I will be talking to her again in a few days to order another pair of sandals. Oh, I have spoken with Noah a time or two...he also is extremely helpful.
