Poor customer service. My order is missing items and I have reached out multiple times without a response.

Horrible experience. Couldn’t get a straight answer on shipping, was absolutely no way to get to speak to an actual person about my order, and the items showed up so late (3+ weeks after order) they weren’t even useful.
