Slightly slow shipping. Used coupon code given to me from last winter when the item I ordered was out of stock with no re-stock date. Without code would not have ordered again.

Did not deliver in the Time I paid for, but company was very good with issuing a refund and I did receive the package.

Communicative and helpful. It would be better if your replacement 'auto function' allowed you to order another style, because it's annoying to have to return and then order again, not just exchange, since you didn't have my proper size in the original pattern ordered. Something in your electronic process that would be good to fix, perhaps.
