I bought them for gifts

I was sent the wrong cap - which wasn’t even available through the website but was offered through their EBAY site. They made a nice offer of a partial refund brining the cost under what I would have paid for the already less-expensive cap - so I accepted! Unfortunately they initially only sent half of the promised refund. After I made contact via their phone support, they refunded the second half within 24 hours. So overall I am pleased, and I like the Boyne Valley Donegal cap. I still want to try a Hanna cap, but this one will do for now!

I would have appreciated a certificate of authenticity stating the wool was from the lambs of Ireland. That would have added credibility. Thank you.
