I bought two Seashell Robes version 3 for my son and partner as a Christmas present. There was a fault with one of the pockets which hadn't been sewn correctly. Customer service was brilliant and a replacement arrived quickly. My son and partner are delighted with the robes. They have remarked on their excellent quality and design and how good they are at keeping them dry and warm. I'm sure these robes are proving to be indispensable.

Customer service very satisfactory and although I did not keep the dry robe , the complimentary seaweed tablets were very much appreciated and I will be ordering more. Thank you
