I need to contact you, as I had this bought for my birthday for my holiday. I have just started using it and some of the stitching has come undone.

Product delivered almost two weeks after the original delivery date. Customer service unfriendly

The robes and hats are beautiful😍 However, they were labelled wrong and we have paid duble taxes. Not happy about that.

Didn't get the seashell till now

i ordered a towelling robe and it was way to big, this cost me all in all £57.99. Having returned this to the company they only refunded me £50. Apparently there’s a £4 handling charge and £3.99 postage. I have tried to contact customer services and they are not replying . The changing robe was of poor quality and I will NEVER buy from this company again
