The Zip Top Multicolor Nautilus Tote is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully made, sturdy, and clearly crafted with care. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and helped me find the right fit with ease. The quality is top notch, and it’s clear Sea Bags takes real pride in their work and in making customers feel valued. I also love the company’s meaningful mission of reusing sails. This experience has made me a loyal customer. As a side note, I had previously reviewed the Nantucket Red Chebeague Crossbody Bag and mentioned it was smaller than expected. I ended up keeping it and have since found a great use for it. It’s a special bag and I’m glad I held on to it.
