The fleece jacket was soft and well made, however, I gave three stars because the jacket took “ forever “ to arrive. A gift for my mum overseas.

Shopping process good - timely, no problems. Unfortunately the product doesn't fit properly as the top of the nightie is designed like an old fashioned petticoat i.e. to hold your boobs, but as there is no adjustment available it relies on all women having the same distance between shoulders and boobs - which is unrealistic. Can't be bothered to return so am wearing what is quite a glamorous nightie with just the tips of my boobs held up in the bra bit, haha never mind, but a bit disappointing...

I used this online store to buy for my aging mum. She really struggles with getting small petite sizes as you know you shrink when you get older. Unfortunately still hard to find clothes that fit. Main thing to disappoint was delivery costs. Paid more to return it than I did to get delivered. Altogether cost near £11 for both. Won’t be buying again unless In bulk to get free delivery.
