Use a different shipping company, some people have jobs and can't wait around for a package to be delivered that you have to sign for.

Sizing is not accurate. Dress was entirely too big. Can not return as you have to pay shipping to return item and they only issue store credit not an actual refund. Prob will not order again unless they make the shipping and return policy better. I would not have purchased had I known this ahead of time as it’s not clearly written on returns page. It’s says accepts returns but then if you actually need to return and go digging in fine print it’s not easy to return, you have to pay shipping to return and they will only issue store credit.
