I paid for expedited shipping
I paid for expedited shipping to the US. The shipping company, DHL lost the package. After investigating, they determined that they, DHL, were at fault and accepted responsibility for the missing package. I emailed Sage & Paige multiple times about this. I keep getting the same responses “package shows delivered” and “it’s not our fault”
Yes. I know. DHL said it’s their fault and just needs Sage & Paige to file a claim with the claim number I provided them and DHL is cover the financial loss.
Sage & Paige has stop responding to my emails. It’s a pretty easy solution especially since the shipping company knows they lost the package.
If you shop from this company (international) just know what you are possibly getting into.
