Completely disappointed that when I returned the item, I did not receive a refund but rather a “store credit”. Terrible customer service!

I don’t have the product. I never received my package.

Zero customer service

I have emailed several times requesting a return because I accidentally ordered two of the same dress. Still no response.

I contacted the companies customer service on several occasions vis emails that my order was stuck in California and would Not arrive as expected in time for vacation so I requested the order be canceled/ returned before it arrived. The order arrived anyway and too late. The product was made poorly and fit poorly so I requested a return slip. I have requested my money back because I canceled this order before I ever received it.
