This company is horrible

HORRIBLE. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they do not stand by their website. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure my dress would arrive for an event - it did NOT. I had to scramble last minute to find something else to wear. I contacted customer service to get a refund for only the “expedited shipping” I paid and was told flat out “No” and basically, oh well. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid them.

Very difficult to process a return. It’s as if they make it difficult so you can’t and will lose out on the money.

Ordered late September, order should have been received beginning of October, never received. Alerted customer service immediately. Package has never arrived. I’ve ordered with Sage and Paige several times as a loyal customer. To date, it is now a week from December and I still have no store credit. Highly disappointed.
