Mermaid Off Duty

I receive an email to rate my item, yet I never received my order - ODD. I paid for expedited shipping and the package never left the "ready to ship" stage; I contacted support and the CS team told me it's essentially out of their control then completely stopped responding. I asked for a refund and have now been ignored. Don't order from here, they just steal your money.

I never received the dress I spent $100 on.

I never got my dress, and when asking for a refund they told me to keep waiting. It’s been over a month and nothing. Very disappointing
