Mermaid Off Duty

Dresses were different than last time I ordered (same dress style) and returns were not easy

Poor customer service

lack of communication and no follow through. I had to follow up on my return label even after emailing about it

never came.

Color is off. Length is off. Looks nothing like pictured on model.
