I received a call about an item I ordered being out of stock in the size I needed. The gentleman that handle my order was so nice. He offered to send me other sizes to try with a return label in case it didn't fit, I could change colors, or receive a refund. I opted to change the color. When I received my order he had included a little surprise as a thank you for understanding their error. This is the third item I've ordered from them and I have loved everything I've received!
