I bought the family set of Duggee socks at the Olympia Christmas fair. They were sent out in lovely packaging by the following week, with updated email reports. Unfortunately the adult socks were the wrong ones. I rung up and spoke to a lovely lady who was most apologetic. She arranged for the correct socks to be sent straight away, along with a pre-paid returns envelope so i could send back the wrong ones. This all happened within a few days. Wonderful service.
