Shipping and service? I’ve not received the necklace!!!!

Again I can not say you have done a good job on this order because I am being asked if I am satisfied with the product/ service/ delivery, but I have not even received it or a tracking number a month after ordering.. I will be satisfied when I receive my item, but to be asked before receipt makes me wonder if I will ever get the item.. I am happy to change the review to a positive one if I get my item

Shipping is unnecessarily slow given the “expedited” shipping claims online; customer service doesn’t have any answers as to where your item is or if it has even shipped.

I still haven't received my order unfortunately
