Again I can not say you have done a good job on this order because I am being asked if I am satisfied with the product/ service/ delivery, but I have not even received it or a tracking number a month after ordering.. I will be satisfied when I receive my item, but to be asked before receipt makes me wonder if I will ever get the item.. I am happy to change the review to a positive one if I get my item

No tracking given for shipping. Very difficult to be available to sign for the package. I ordered this item with plenty of time to receive it before my anniversary as a gift for my wife. Customer service is trying and blamed a new system for the lack of a tracking number. This is very unacceptable and I hope it gets corrected soon
