Never received my order

The pictures of merchandise are so blown up that when you get it you're very disappointed. I won't make this mistake with this company again.

Box was beautiful but was not monogrammed as ordered. Called costumer service, said would they would call back. Several days later received a prepaid shipping level for entire box and told I needed to return the box. Reached our again and asked if I could ship just the metal plate to be engraved. This was a graduation gift and I needed to at least gift the box! I never received a response. I had to pay more money to have the plaque engraved locally.

Its been a week and they haven’t shipped the watch yet

Very unhappy
