Took too long to get

UPS did not get the shipping address correct and I still haven’t received the package.

Mix-up between the online store and retail store. Item was in limbo and it took me calling to track down my order. This was only a Birthday gift, if this was a piece of jewelry needed for a deadline, I would have been highly agitated.

Easy to purchase online,but in the future we'll go into their store.
