Roc Eyewear

Bought the gold beaded sunglasses chain and it came rusty and squashed. I wrote to ROC and they refunded my money but did not reply to my email or offer a replacement. 🙁

The style is nice, but arrived with rust/black marks on the chain

Too small for my face. Also, they have a little white "roc" logo on the corner of the lenses which you can't just easily get rid of. I'd exchange/ask for a refund if I could be bothered posting it back but for the price not worth it. Which is what I think they prob rely on...

I ordered two pair of sunglasses and when I got them, the label said they provided “some” UV protection, not 100% as advertised on the website. When I arranged a return, the customer service rep admitted the website was misleading, then the manager said they do provide 100% UV protection, just limited sun glare protection since they are lighter lenses. This is very disturbing for a sunglass company. They are deceptive. Who wants sunglasses that don’t protect from the sun 100%? I don’t trust them.

Sunglasses are wonky and I cannot wear them. Emailed to tell them and they said just adjust the arms a bit. Didn't work.
