Great Customer Service
I had an issue with my sunglasses where the left arm broke off and I was pretty bummed as I really like the fit and function of these sunglasses. I emailed customer service to try and find a solution, within 24 hours they had shipped me a new glasses arm free of charge with what I would consider exceptionally fast response times. I would highly recommend any of their products for the customer service alone. Further more I have a pair of high end sunglasses made by a competitor company and my Rheos are genuinely as good. Note - I have had to replace my high end sunglasses one and they made me pay full price for a new pair, people say pay premium for customer service. I say pay Rheo prices for good customer service.
