I love the product and until I recently broke my sunglasses, I had no idea how great the staff and support are at Rheos. I was unsure if I would be able to buy a replacement. I emailed customer support. They promptly responded. They also worked with me to see if they could find any additional stock of the broken arm. After a few back-and-forth emails to understand what I needed they, they located and sent me the replacement arm (and replacement screw and tool). I can't wait to get them back in action. It makes me think that I need to buy that second pair of glasses I have been thinking about getting and I know to stick with Rheos. Thanks and keep doing what you are doing!
