Rheos is a small locally owned company in Charleston, SC and they are do things RIGHT! First, they make a very good product and sell it for a reasonable price. Some may even say cheap. But the quality is outstanding. Their glasses are lightweight, comfort and float! Perfect for all outdoor activities. What’s even better than their quality, selection and price…. Their customer service!!! I purchased a pair from a local shop and two weeks later broke my sunglasses while traveling. My mistake. I reached out to the Rheos team to ask about their replacement program. I was a bit skeptical considering I broke my glasses. Not only did they respond via email within a day, they explained the items they needed from me and if I provided them, I could get my exact pair for $20. I provided my receipt, what type, color and lens my sunglasses were and my address. They responded in less than a day again and my sunglasses were delivered two days later! I am so impressed with Rheos I have told all our friends about them and sent links for them check out Rheos. Rheos will even give a discount to referrals and give you a discount/reward for referring them.

I usually don’t leave reviews but you need these sunglasses! These have become my favorite pair of sunglasses that I’ve owned and they unfortunately broke on me. I emailed Rheos and I had zero issues getting my new pair! They were extremely accommodating and nice.
