I’m a fairly new customer and have loved everything about Rheos so far. I felt like the glasses I purchased 6 weeks ago were high quality for the price and I loved that they float… I’ve lost too many glasses in oceans. I was very sad to recently find one of the arms broken off the glasses on a recent trip… I didn’t see it happen but someone must have accidentally stepped on them. I wasn’t sure if the warranty/refund process could apply in that case but customer service was very helpful and friendly while getting a replacement sent quickly. I’m extremely grateful, will be a returning customer, and will be highly recommending Rheos to friends/family.

I’ve been buying rheos for years now! The customer service is excellent when it comes to needing a replacement! These have been the only sunglasses I’ve ever liked on myself!

Love the Rheos on the boat in the lake, don't have to worry about losing them after jumping in the water!

These are great sunglasses. I believe I have 3 different pairs, and they are all good. Also, I love that they float. I am most of the time outside and around water, so that's a nice thing. One of the pairs I got I wear at work and I have been hard on them, but the durability that the glasses have are top-notch. Definitely will buy more and I can't wait till the surprise boxes come again.
