Not what I expected. Poor quality.

How to track your order was not immediately available but instead it recommended that I download the app "Shop". The app did not provide info on tracking your order from Loops website. I did get the tracking info I needed which will be available eventually after emailing Loop's customer service.

Only happy with one item.

Disappointed overall. I have no idea what happened to K. Bell but am not happy with some of the socks purchased from this new company. Also impossible to reach their customer service.
