The package was sent to absolutely wrong address and I got no answer from Reima customer service. Luckily the local postal service answered and fixed the problem for me. And the product was the one I ordered.

Some items are super, others - to big. Giving only 2 stars, because still didn't get the refund for one item.

Terrible return politic

Who doesn´t facilitate returns? It was a mess because Reima doesn´t send stickers or prepaid return. I spent 37 € (from the EU) and I am not very sure I am going to see the refund.
