I bought a different coat, Extreme soft shell, but didn't love it. Exchanged it for the insulated soft shell and I love this coat. Exchange was simple. Great customer support. This fussy customer will buy from Refrigiwear again.

As usual, a very satisfying experience.

I had the mitts for deer hunting, decided to try the boots they are well made, easy to get on and comfortable
