These guys went above and beyond to help me out. I left a previous review about a wallet that I had issues with the edge coming apart. Back then, the customer service was outsourced and I was left with no options to repair it. I recently got a phone call from the new customer service that has been moved in-house asking if they could make it right. Long story short I got a new wallet and a discount on an additional item to use on something else. They explained that the c. s. was not working out, so they brought it back in-house and they wanted to make things right. I'll definitely be buying from Recycled Firefighter from now on. Thanks!
