This was my first experience with purchasing a REBDOLLS item and I was very happy with the fact that when the item was ordered, it took no less than five days after ordering, I received the item.

Great Customer Service Experience! To my own errors, I had some shipping issues between my local post office and myself receiving my first order. I reached out to Rebdolls and Julia in customer service along with other team members responded quickly to my pleas for help and walked me through steps on how to resolve the issue. I was given a refund as soon as the item was returned to Rebdolls. Great customer service!
