Perfect products, excellent adaptability and a great conversation starter. 4-stars because of the customer service issues. I had some questions regarding sizing and estimated shipping times and no one returned my contact attempts. Only after I sent a few out did someone finally give me the answers I needed.

Hat was shipped in large envelope so the crown was flat when it arrived. Worried at first but soaked it in water and shaped it. Good to go.

really liked the hats, I have hat from about 6+ yrs ago... pretty indestructible.. so I purchased a backpack -- hopefully, it'll serve me well

The service and shipping were not a problem.

My first hat had too many patches the second one for my son was dirty
