I bought two pairs of shoes: the runabout particularly is very versatile and comfortable, and easier to take on and off than sneakers. The penny loafer is also excellent.

I got exactly what I wanted re colour (I like dark-soled boat shoes). At first when I put them om I thought they were tight, but after 10 minutes they became very comfortable. I love these shoes!

Occasionally one has to go offline and speak to a service person. That being said, Elizabeth is the best! She’s responsive, helpful, and just pleasant.
