I have 3 memberships in the bracelet of the month club. (I have 4 daughters). Two of them came as usual, the middle of the month. But one of them still has not arrived. I contacted Pura Vida and they said to wait 5 more days. It’s now the 24th of the month and still no bracelets. I am super frustrated. What’s the point of having pink valentines bracelets when they don’t even come in that month. Seriously considering canceling.

Company has been very helpful and replaced an order that was damaged in the transport. I highly recommend this company and their products.

It's already clear these styles are amazing and selection is fantastic for displaying my uniqueness and vibe, but Pura Vida takes it to the next level my helping to sustain communities. Knowing I'm helping makes me love wearing these beautiful pieces even more!
