Two of the necklaces have broken after one use each from my subscriptions.

No complaints here! I love to check your website daily to see what new items have been added. The “Favorites” button is a nice touch. I can check my wish list and see if anything I want is on sale easily! Very convenient, but It does seem to be disabled often where the heart isn’t visible and you cannot add it to your list. That’s kinda a bummer sometimes, but it usually comes back in a few days. I think that’s understandable when you’re adding so many new items all the time. Either way, as a consumer, I have no trouble surfing your website regularly! Love being a PV ambassador!!
