Fantastic steamer. Love the standby feature on this model. Many a time I am interrupted whilst steaming, so being able to turn it back on from standby and have steam within 10 seconds is a game changer. Also a big shout out for the Propress customer services. My steamer broke at a crucial time when I had a bride collecting dresses that needed to be steamed within two days of dropping them off to me. The customer service team put my steamer on an overnight delivery and saved the day. Thank you

What a fantastic product, we can not fault it at all. We are buying more for interior styling days. They are handy for beddings. We love the efficiency and effectiveness of the product.
