Poetry and Wrap has exemplary customer service, and the catalogues are wonderful, especially the online feature giving "as sewn" measurements for each garment. I do wish you would offer a UPS return option, as there is no FedEx within a 110-mile round-trip of me, making returns/exchanges very costly for me.

My experience with Poetry’s staff is excellent. They know what they are doing and do it well. When I find something in the catalogue, I call the NYC store to order it. This avoids the shipping charge but have to pay sales tax. Also delivery only takes a few days if it is in stock. Great company!
