Really unhappy with the speed of communication and still waiting on money back a month later

never recieved item, refund from previous return or further contact from planks team regarding this order. will not buy from planks again, nor recommend to others!!

I returned my items which I can see from the tracking were received 2 weeks ago. I have had no confirmation of this, no refund and customer services have ignored my email.

I've had no response from customer services regarding my order and return, which was meant to be an exchange... approved by Planks! Clearly my alternate size was not put aside fir the exchange and the item I bought was out if stock.. resulting in me being issued a refund, rather than the exchange. The same High rider Bib is available in Black... but is no longer at the 50% discount.. very disappointed in this, and I am still without the bottoms I wanted for my trip.

Sent the wrong product to me. 3 weeks later and still haven’t even shipped the correct jacket.
