We are beginners and were looking for some good quality kit that will last but doesn't break the bank. If I'm honest the "started in Stoke on a dry ski slope" was a little bonus as it's down the road from me and there's a fair chance I was on it at the same time in my youth. Kit is well made, warm, has loads of useful features and pockets and fits as expected. It moves really well too, which helps when you are falling over lots! Delivery was quick and despite the delivery firm losing the package for a return (wrong size) Planks still sorted the refund no arguments. We have been so impressed, me, my wife and son are all now kitted out in Planks gear.
