Love PJ Salvage--always a cozy outcome!

I recently placed a large order with PJ Salvage and accidentally selected an XS instead of an XL for one pair of flannel pants. Initially, I thought I was out of luck due to standard return policies and automated system responses. However, once my request was reviewed by their customer care team, they went above and beyond to make an exception. Nea in customer care was incredibly understanding, helpful, and swift in setting up an exchange for the correct size. The prepaid FedEx return process was completely seamless. Not only are their pajamas wonderfully cozy and high quality, but knowing they have a compassionate, human team supporting their customers makes all the difference. PJ Salvage has earned a loyal customer for life!

Love the fabrics, the styles, the price point, etc.

I’m always happy with my P. J. Salvage experience! I’m a long time customer and own so many items that I love!

everything about the order was great!
