Service was excellent. Sales representative was very helpful and patience with me and my brother. I wished I remembered her name. We were looking for a western jacket for my sisters wedding. My dad went with us too but he didn't have the same luck as we did and didn't buy anything. Had so many complaints about my jacket and shirt! I was proud to say I about it at Pinto Ranch.
